About The Opportunity

Operating in the Enterprise B2B Cloud & Digital Transformation sector, this organization sells SaaS, integration and implementation solutions through strategic partner ecosystems to large enterprise customers across India. The role sits at the intersection of direct enterprise sales and systems integrator (SI) channel developmentfocused on building high-value co-sell motions and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

We are hiring an on-site Enterprise Sales Manager (SI) to own SI partner strategy, accelerate joint pipeline, and deliver revenue growth across India.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Systems Integrator (SI) partners across India: recruit, qualify, and onboard strategic SIs to scale joint revenue.
  • Drive joint account planning and co-selling with SI partners; lead qualification, commercial negotiation and closure of complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources (pre-sales, solution architects, legal, delivery) to build winning solutions, respond to RFPs, and prepare compelling commercial proposals.
  • Manage partner performance and pipeline in CRM; maintain accurate forecasts, run regular deal reviews and ensure attainment of revenue targets.
  • Create and deliver partner enablementsales playbooks, demo kits, training sessions and joint-marketing campaignsto accelerate partner-led deals.
  • Collect market and partner feedback; collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine partner programs, incentives and positioning.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales with direct experience managing Systems Integrator or channel partner relationships in India.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals and manage long sales cycles with enterprise buyers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in deal structuring, pricing and contract negotiation.
  • Experience coordinating solution architecture and presales resources to build competitive proposals and responses to RFPs.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) to manage pipeline, forecast and reporting.
  • Comfortable working on-site in India and travelling to partner/customer locations as required.

Preferred

  • Background selling SaaS, cloud integration platforms or enterprise software via SI partners.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and partner-led delivery models.
  • Experience designing and running partner enablement and joint-go-to-market programs.
