Job Description

Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager – AI & Autonomous Systems

Location: Kochi / Remote(with travel as required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager to drive large-scale B2B sales for RoshAi's AI-powered autonomous and industrial solutions. This role focuses on acquiring and managing enterprise customers across sectors such as logistics, seaports, manufacturing, automotive, and smart infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle—from strategic prospecting to deal closure—while engaging CXOs, driving solution-led conversations, and enabling long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Deal Ownership

  • Drive end-to-end sales for high-value enterprise deals (₹50L – multi-crore range)
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Lead negotiations, commercial structuring, and contract closure

Strategic Account Development

  • Identify and target large enterprises in key industries (ports, mining, manufacturing, logistics)
  • Develop account strategies and long-term engagement plans
  • Expand business within existing accounts (upsell / cross-sell)

Solution Selling

  • Position RoshAi's offerings (Level 4 Autonomy OS, Retrofit Autonomy, Vision AI platforms) as business transformation solutions
  • Work closely with pre-sales and engineering teams to craft customized proposals and demos
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business value and ROI

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with CXOs, plant heads, and decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on AI adoption and automation strategies
  • Manage internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment

Pipeline & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM
  • Track deal progress, risks, and conversion metrics
  • Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7–12 years of experience in Enterprise Sales / B2B Sales (preferably in SaaS, AI, industrial automation, or deep-tech)
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling to manufacturing, logistics, automotive, or industrial sectors
  • Exposure to AI/ML, robotics, IoT, or automation platforms
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles and RFP/RFQ processes
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue closed (quarterly / annual targets)
  • Pipeline value and conversion rate
  • Deal size and sales cycle efficiency
  • New enterprise accounts acquired
  • Expansion revenue from existing clients
