At Exotel, we help leading banks and insurers transform customer conversations at scale. As an Enterprise Sales Manager - Banking & Insurance, you will own large, complex enterprise deals, selling AI-powered Voice Bots, Conversational AI, CCaaS, and CPaaS solutions.
This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role with full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle.
Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across Banking & Insurance accounts
Drive new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion
Position AI & Voice Bots as levers for CX improvement, cost optimisation, and compliance
Engage CXOs, Digital, CX, IT, and Operations leaders
Lead discovery, solutioning, pricing, and contract negotiations
Partner with Product, Pre-sales, and CX teams to close complex deals
Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy
Enterprise revenue and pipeline targets
AI & Voice Bot deal contribution
Deal size, win rates, and forecast accuracy
8-12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (SaaS, platforms, or managed services)
Proven experience selling to Banking & Insurance customers
Exposure to AI, Voice Bots, Conversational AI, CCaaS, or CPaaS solutions
Strong solution-selling, commercial, and executive communication skills
Enterprise sellers who thrive in long, complex sales cycles
Professionals are comfortable selling AI with clear business outcomes
Self-driven, outcome-oriented, and consultative in approach
