Role Purpose
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic relationships across Odisha. This role demands a highly aggressive, field-oriented, and entrepreneurial individual who can independently manage the territory, close institutional deals, and establish EzeRx as a trusted healthcare partner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Own and drive sales targets for the assigned territory
- Identify and convert opportunities across:
- Government health programs (NHM, RBSK, CSR projects)
- Private hospitals, diagnostic chains, and clinics
- Develop and execute district-wise sales strategy and expansion plan
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with predictable closures
2. Key Account & Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture relationships with:
- Hospital administrators, doctors, and procurement teams
- Government officials and public health authorities
- NGOs, CSR leaders, and institutional partners
- Manage key hospital accounts and ensure long-term engagement
- Act as the face of EzeRx in the region
3. Product Demonstration & Technical Selling
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and presentations
- Clearly articulate the clinical value, accuracy, and scalability of EzeRx solutions
- Train stakeholders on device usage and benefits
- Address technical queries confidently and credibly
4. Field Execution & Market Activation
- Conduct extensive field travel across all districts in Odisha
- Organize and support:
- Screening camps
- Pilot programs
- Awareness initiatives
- Ensure smooth on-ground execution and deployment
5. Strategic Feedback & Coordination
- Provide real-time market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and pricing inputs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly / Quarterly revenue achievement
- Number of new institutional partnerships onboarded
- Conversion rate from lead to closure
- Expansion into new districts / accounts
- Customer retention and repeat business

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA / Healthcare / Engineering preferred)
- 26 years of experience in:
- Medical devices / diagnostics / healthcare sales
- Institutional / government sales preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness for extensive travel across Odisha
