Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new logo acquisition and enterprise revenue growth across India, US, and European markets.
This is a hunter role responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders, and selling data, analytics, and digital transformation solutions to mid-to-large enterprises.
The role requires strong consultative selling capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with internal delivery and solution teams to build winning proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Drive new client acquisition and expand strategic enterprise accounts.
- Build relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and senior decision-makers.
- Identify client challenges and position analytics and technology-led solutions.
- Sell offerings across Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, Automation, and Digital solutions.
- Collaborate with internal consulting, delivery, and solution teams for proposals and solutioning.
- Build and maintain a strong enterprise pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales quotas.
Required Skills & Experience
- 712 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development within technology, analytics, consulting, or digital services.
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition and achieving enterprise revenue targets.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
- Ability to translate business challenges into data and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
- Good understanding of technology outsourcing, analytics services, automation, and AI/ML ecosystems.
- Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to analytics-led transformation, data platforms, or cloud modernization.
- Experience selling consulting, analytics, research, or digital transformation services to large enterprises.
