We are hiring anEnterprise Account Executive to lead Meesho AI Services (MAS) businessgrowth through pure hunting and full-cycle sales ownership. You will be responsible for self-sourced pipeline creation, owning the entire sales funnel, and closing enterprise contracts withdeal sizes of $100K+ ARR. You will apply consultative and value selling principles to position MASas a strategic partner in enterprise CX transformation
Hunting & Pipeline Development-Source, nurture, and qualify your own leads through outbound cold outreach, personal connections & networking, LinkedIn & Email outreach & industry events.
Build and maintain a predictable pipeline with 3-4X coverage of quarterly targets.
Navigate complex enterprise environments to open new logos.
Full Sales Cycle Execution-Run structured discovery to understand enterprise/midmarket clients pain points and metrics.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
Present tailored MAS solutions demonstrating clear business outcomes.
Lead proposal generation, ROI modelling, pricing discussions, negotiation, and contract closure.
Strategic & Consultative Selling-articulate value of MAS solution in measurable business terms (cost, SLA improvements, performance uplift).
Influence multi-stakeholder decision processes, including CX, Operations, IT, Finance, and Procurement teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration-Partner with Solutions, Product, and Delivery teams for pilot/PoC scoping and technical validation.
Provide market insights to shape product and GTM strategy.
CRM & Forecasting Discipline
Maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce/HubSpot.
Report weekly progress against targets with transparent metrics & client insights
6+ years in enterprise/midmarket SaaS/AI/Contact Center hunting roles.
Demonstrated track record of closing $100K+ ACV deals in complex B2B environments.
Experience engaging senior business and technical stakeholders.
Strong consultative and value selling capability.
Ability to map complex client org structures, identify the right ICPs, and navigate multiple departments to reach true decision-makers and buying intent.
Ability to translate client operational challenges into quantifiable business outcomes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales tools.
Proficiency in MEDDPICC/BANT methodologies for structured account qualification and mapping.
Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments and 0-1 journeys.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
Demonstrated enterprise sales experience in the Indian market.
Comfortable working in 0-1 and 1-10 setups, including building from scratch and scaling processes.
Ability to work effectively in small, high-impact teams with high ownership.
Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
