Reports To: Regional Director / Head of Enterprise Sales

Position Summary

The Enterprise Sales Manager Aware is responsible for driving revenue from large enterprises and

government accounts by positioning EC-Council Aware as a strategic cybersecurity risk-reduction platform, not a training or awareness tool. This role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure working closely with Pre-Sales and Customer Success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and drive enterprise and government sales for EC-Council Aware
  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads, Risk & Compliance leaders
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand organizational risk, user behavior gaps, and compliance drivers
  • Position Aware as a business risk and compliance solution, not just a security awareness product
  • Coordinate with Pre-Sales for technical demos and evaluations
  • Drive commercial negotiations, closures, and renewals
  • Ensure clean handover to Customer Success post-sale
  • Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline against assigned targets

Job Requirements

  • 610 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of selling to large enterprises and government entities
  • Strong experience selling subscription-based / platform solutions
  • Ability to sell to senior stakeholders (C-level, Directors, Heads of Security/IT)
  • Excellent understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement, and compliance-led sales
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience selling cybersecurity, GRC, SaaS, or risk management platforms
  • Exposure to security awareness, phishing simulation, or human risk platforms
  • Experience working in UAE / GCC enterprise or government markets
  • Existing CISO / enterprise security network
