We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Enterprise Sales professional who thrives on closing large deals and building strategic client relationships.
This is not a routine sales role. This is an opportunity to sell high-impact, strategic technology solutions to enterprises and government organizations.
This role is designed for sales professionals who want to operate at the highest level of enterprise selling.

- XgenPlus – Enterprise Email Platform (Cloud & On-Prem)
- AI-enabled Custom Applications
- AI-led Enterprise Digital Transformation Solutions for Enterprises & Government built for scale, security, and data sovereignty

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new enterprise business acquisition across defined regions/industries
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (70% hunting | 30% account growth)
- Engage with CXOs and decision-makers using a consultative sales approach
- Own end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure
- Position AI + Email + Custom Technology solutions aligned with business outcomes
- Collaborate with product & technical teams to craft winning solutions
- Expand existing accounts into long-term strategic partnerships
- Consistently exceed revenue targets and manage accurate forecasts

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years in B2B Enterprise / SaaS / IT Solution Sales
- Proven track record of closing mid to large deals (₹10L – ₹2Cr+)
- Experience in one or more : Cloud / SaaS | Enterprise Email | AI / Software/IT Services
- Strong ability to sell value-driven, consultative solutions
- Comfortable engaging with CXO-level stakeholders and multiple decision-makers
- Experience handling complex sales cycles
- High ownership mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills
