Role Overview
The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition and enterprise revenue growth across India, US, and EU markets. This is a quota-carrying, hunter role, focused on selling Netscribes data, analytics, and digital transformation solutions to mid-to-large enterprises. The role requires strong consultative selling capabilities, the ability to engage with senior decision-makers, and close collaboration with internal delivery and practice teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Drive new client acquisition and strategic account expansion.
Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges.
Sell solutions across Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, Automation, Web & Mobile.
Collaborate with internal teams on solutioning, proposals, and closures.
Maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
Required Skills & Experience
712 years of experience in enterprise sales / business development within technology, analytics, or digital services.
Proven track record of New logo acquisition and consistent achievement of enterprise revenue targets.
Strong consultative and value-based selling capabilities. Ability to translate business pain points into analytics- and technology-led solutions.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills across senior leadership audiences Solid understanding of technology outsourcing, analytics services, automation, and AI/ML ecosystems.
Comfortable working in cross-functional, global delivery environments.
