Role Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional to drive growth for Pine Labs Cross-Border Payments business. This role will focus on acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with large enterprises, digital businesses, marketplaces, SaaS platforms, exporters, and global merchants leveraging our cross-border payments solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine strong consultative selling skills with a deep understanding of international payments, helping customers solve complex cross-border payment challenges through Pine Labs suite of offerings, including cross-border collections, International Payment Gateway (IPG), inward and outward remittances, and related FX solutions.

Responsibilities we entrust you with:

  • Own revenue growth for Pine Labs Cross-Border Payments business by acquiring and expanding relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprises, exporters, global merchants, marketplaces, and SaaS companies.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, solutioning, negotiations, stakeholder management, and deal closure.
  • Understand customer payment flows and international expansion plans to position Pine Labs solutions effectively.
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner with Product, Compliance, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Legal teams to support onboarding and implementation.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and influence product roadmap decisions.
  • Drive adoption and transaction growth across existing accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Represent Pine Labs in strategic customer discussions and industry forums

What matters in this role:

  • 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Accounts, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of cross-border payments, remittances, FX solutions, payment gateways, or related financial products.
  • Experience engaging with CFOs, Finance Heads, Treasury teams, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Compliance, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skill

Preferred Experience -

  • Experience selling payment, fintech, treasury, FX, banking, or SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with India's cross-border payments ecosystem and regulations.
  • Experience working with exporters, global merchants, marketplaces, travel, education, gaming, or SaaS businesses.
  • Existing network within finance, treasury, payments, or procurement teams across enterprise organizations
