We're now expanding our commercial team and looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional to lead our growth across the BFSI sector.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional sales role.

You will be one of the earliest enterprise sales leaders at Trovex, working directly with the founders to define our go-to-market strategy and build relationships with India's leading financial institutions.

If you enjoy opening large enterprise accounts, navigating complex buying committees, and closing strategic SaaS deals, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while growing with the company.

What you will do

Own enterprise sales across Insurance, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Banks, NBFCs, and Wealth Management firms.

Build and manage a high-quality enterprise pipeline from prospecting through closure.

Engage CXOs, Sales Leaders, HR/L&D Heads, Digital Transformation teams, and Procurement stakeholders.

Lead the complete sales cycle including discovery, solution demonstrations, pilots, commercial negotiations, legal reviews, and contract closure.

Work closely with founders to refine messaging, pricing, and GTM strategy.

Develop strategic relationships within the BFSI ecosystem to generate referrals and long-term opportunities.

Represent Trovex at industry conferences, networking events, and leadership forums.

  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and expansion.

What we are looking for

  1. 3–8 years in enterprise B2B sales, with at least 3 years selling into BFSI in India
  2. Strong existing relationships with VP/CXO decision-makers across Mumbai's insurance, AMC, or banking ecosystem — relationships you can activate on day one
  3. Proven track record closing large deals — ₹50L+ ACV deals with multi-stakeholder buying cycles
  4. Sold SaaS, fintech, sales enablement, or L&D solutions into BFSI — you understand the buyer's procurement and compliance reality
  5. Comfortable selling to both sales leadership (VP Sales, CRO) and HR/L&D buyers simultaneously
  6. Hunter mentality — you build your own pipeline, you don't wait for leads

Preferred Background

Experience selling one or more of the following into BFSI:

  • Enterprise SaaS
  • AI Platforms
  • Sales Enablement
  • Learning & Development Technology
  • HRTech
  • CRM
  • Digital Transformation Solutions
  • FinTech Platforms
  • Analytics Platforms

Experience selling to large Indian enterprises will be highly preferred.
