Role & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Pipeline Building & Lead Management
• Identify and prospect enterprise-level eCommerce brands across Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care,
Healthcare, and adjacent categories
• Coordinate with SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) to qualify leads and ensure a smooth
transition into the active sales pipeline
• Build and maintain a robust, healthy pipeline using CRM tools – tracking lead stages, activities, and
conversion metrics
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate target segments and capture
market share
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of prospective clients to understand their business needs,
delivery challenges, and growth opportunities
• Create persuasive, data-backed sales proposals and presentations tailored to each prospect's context
• Deliver compelling in-person and virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at target enterprises including
eCommerce heads, supply chain leaders, and CXOs • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients –
understanding their delivery challenges and positioning as a strategic partner
• Represent at industry events, forums, and client meetings – with willingness to travel as
needed
4. Negotiation & Deal Closure
• Lead commercial negotiations for enterprise contracts, securing mutually beneficial terms on pricing,
SLAs, and service scope
• Drive deals to closure within agreed timelines, maintaining pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy
• Coordinate with Operations and Accounts teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
post-closure
5. Client Onboarding (First 60 Days)
• Own the onboarding experience for newly acquired accounts for the first 60 days
• Work closely with the KAM and Operations teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality handover
• Set clear expectations with clients on SLAs, delivery performance, and growth milestones
