Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will have experience selling to enterprise clients, managing large deal sizes, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles—from prospecting to closure
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders across large organizations
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop strategic account plans and long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and deal success

Required Experience & Skills

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • 2–3 years of experience specifically in enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of closing deals with ACV in the range of ₹8–15 lakhs
  • Experience selling exclusively or predominantly to enterprise customers
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

  • Experience selling within enterprise-focused industry verticals
  • Background in startups or high-growth/scaling companies
  • Existing network of enterprise clients or decision-makers
