Job Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Sales: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise clients.
  • Portfolio Management: Handle a portfolio size of 1 crore, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the co-founder and other stakeholders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights into market trends and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in a B2B/SaaS environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Target-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
