Role Overview
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Leader to own and grow FinAGG's footprint across Mumbai and the western region. This is a dual-mandate hunter role: you will originate, develop, and close partnerships with (a) Banks — positioning FameScore credit intelligence, co-lending, and LSP programmes — and (b) Anchor Corporates — embedding FinAGG's supply chain finance platform within vendor/dealer ecosystems of large manufacturers, FMCG, and retail chains headquartered or operating out of the West.
You will be the face of FinAGG in this geography, working across CXO, Treasury, Credit, and Procurement stakeholders, and will be instrumental in FinAGG's ambition to become India's first MSME-specialised Credit Information Company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bank Partnerships
• Identify and engage mid-large PSU and private sector banks across Mumbai / West for FinAGG's LSP co-lending, channel finance, and FameScore credit data integration programmes.
• Own the full sales cycle — initial pitch → product alignment → term sheet → go-live — coordinating internally with Product, Credit, and Tech teams.
• Develop and maintain senior relationships at AGM/DGM level in MSME Credit, Trade Finance, and Digital Banking verticals.
• Support FameScore's positioning for ULI (Unified Lending Interface) and emerging RBI sandbox programmes with bank partners.
• Track performance post-integration: disbursement volumes, portfolio health, and renewal / upsell pipeline.
2. Anchor Corporate — Supply Chain Finance
• Prospect and onboard mid-to-large corporates (FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Auto, Pharma, Building Materials) as SCF anchors for FinAGG's vendor finance and dealer finance programmes.
• Map each anchor's Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier / dealer network; structure the programme (invoice discounting, dynamic discounting, PO finance, or Channel OD) with CFO / Treasury.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Head and Product to customise SCF journeys, onboarding flows, and MIS dashboards for each anchor.
• Execute tri-party agreements (Anchor – FinAGG – NBFC/Bank) and ensure smooth programme launch within agreed timelines.
• Drive MSME adoption within onboarded anchor ecosystems to maximise portfolio utilisation and fee income.
3. Pipeline & Revenue Management
• Maintain a robust, qualified pipeline across both segments in CRM; provide monthly revenue and disbursement forecasts.
• Achieve quarterly and annual targets for: anchor corporates onboarded, bank programmes activated, disbursements facilitated, and fee income generated.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities — e.g., FameScore ESG FAME Report, QCF Capital's Drop-Line OD, or insurance-backed products — within existing accounts.
4. Market Intelligence & BD Support
• Feed ground-level intelligence on competitor offerings, bank procurement processes, and corporate treasury preferences back to the product and strategy team.
• Represent FinAGG at industry forums, FICCI/CII events, and banking conferences in the western region.
• Support preparation of customised pitch decks, term sheets, and credit proposals in partnership with the central enterprise team.
What We Are Looking For
Must-Have Experience
• 8–14 years of B2B sales / BD in financial services, FinTech, or BFSI-facing SaaS.
• Proven track record of selling to or through commercial banks — at least 2–3 closed bank partnerships in a prior role.
• Experience managing Anchor Corporate relationships for supply chain, trade, or channel finance products.
• Deep familiarity with supply chain finance instruments — invoice discounting, vendor finance, dealer / channel OD, PO finance.
• Strong existing network in Mumbai's banking and corporate treasury ecosystem.
Good to Have
• Prior experience at an NBFC, FinTech, or SCF platform (e.g., KredX, Vayana, Drip Capital, Cashinvoice, M1xchange, Jocata, or similar).
• Exposure to RBI-regulated frameworks — co-lending, LSP, Digital Lending Guidelines, FLDG.
• Understanding of GST data, CIBIL/bureau pulls, or alternate data-led credit assessment.
• Working knowledge of FI credit tech stacks (LOS/LMS integration conversations).
Competencies
• Hunter mindset with the discipline to manage a structured pipeline and close deals end-to-end.
• Executive presence: comfortable at C-suite / Board level conversations with corporates and at GM / ED level within banks.
• Strong commercial acumen — ability to structure and price SCF programmes, negotiate MoUs, and manage P&L at the programme level.
• Collaborative working style: adept at co-ordinating across credit, product, legal, and ops internally to deliver client commitments.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment with high ownership.
