Enterprise Sales Hunter – Airline / Transportation
Experience: 8–13 years
Location - Pune / Mumbai / Hyderabad
Role Summary:
Responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers in the Airline, Aviation, and Transportation sectors. This is a pure hunting role focused on driving new revenue, building strong industry relationships, and closing high‑value strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise accounts in the airline, airport, logistics, and broader transportation ecosystem.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through research, outbound outreach, networking, and industry events.
• Understand client business challenges and map them to company solutions, ensuring strong value articulation.
• Work closely with pre‑sales, product, delivery, and leadership teams to create winning proposals and RFP responses.
• Achieve quarterly and annual new‑business revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reporting in CRM.
• Develop deep industry knowledge, competitor insights, and market intelligence.
• Build strong C‑level and senior stakeholder relationships to accelerate deal cycles.
• Partner with marketing for lead generation campaigns and industry engagement.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 8–13 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on hunting new business.
• Proven track record of closing large, complex deals in airlines, aviation, airports, transportation, or travel-tech domains.
• Strong understanding of industry workflows such as airline operations, passenger services, cargo, MRO, ground handling, or transportation management.
• Experience selling SaaS, digital transformation, enterprise software, or tech solutions preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and C‑level engagement skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and events.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred (optional depending on company).
