We are seeking a driven and strategic Enterprise Sales Lead to spearhead large-account acquisition and relationship management across India. The ideal candidate combines consultative selling expertise with a deep understanding of enterprise needs, capable of positioning solutions that empower HR, Admin, and Marketing leaders to achieve measurable business outcomes.

This role is perfect for a proactive, high-energy sales professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships, driving enterprise growth, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert decision-makers in large corporations and emerging enterprises across India.

Consultative Selling: Understand client business challenges and deliver tailored solution pitches aligned to strategic objectives.

Pipeline Development: Build a strong funnel through research, outreach, and high-quality prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and calls.

Account Management: Nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure sustained business growth and customer success.

Revenue Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deeper account penetration to maximize account value.

Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate deal progression data, forecasts, and customer information in the CRM system.

Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging, enhance offerings, and strengthen client engagement.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging enterprise needs to refine sales strategy.

What We're Looking For
Proven Sales Record: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in enterprise or strategic account selling.

Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership (CXO, VP, and Director level).

Consultative Approach: Expertise in value-based selling and creating business cases that resonate with enterprise clients.

Tech Familiarity: Experience selling SaaS, HRTech, or enterprise solutions preferred.

Sales Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems, digital prospecting tools, and AI-driven sales platforms.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Type: Full-time

Location: Remote (Preferred: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore)

Schedule: MondaySaturday (1 Saturday off per month)
