What's the Role
We're looking for a driven Enterprise Sales Lead who enjoys building relationships and closing high-impact deals. You'll take our RSU/ESOP product to Indian subsidiaries of US-listed companies, working with HR and Benefits teams to drive adoption. You'll own the full journey - from selling to corporates to activating employees in a B2B2C model. As the first hire in this motion, you'll shape the playbook and have a clear path to building the team as we scale.

What You'll Be Doing
● Own the end-to-end corporate RSU/ESOP pipeline - from prospecting and outreach to demo, negotiation, and closing deals.
● Build and manage relationships with HR leaders, Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits teams, and CHRO offices at target accounts.
● Work closely with product and marketing to sharpen our pitch, case studies, and collateral based on on-ground feedback.
● Represent us at HR forums, industry events, and partner meetups.
● Maintain clean CRM hygiene (HubSpot), run weekly pipeline reviews, and keep forecasts accurate.

Requirements

What We're Looking For
● 7–12 years of enterprise or B2B sales experience selling into Indian corporates.
● A demonstrable track record of selling into HR, Total Rewards, Benefits, or CHRO buying centres.
● A history of carrying and hitting a ₹5Cr+ annual quota.
● Fluent written and verbal English, comfortable presenting to C-suite.
● Existing warm relationships at Indian GCCs of FAANG or US-listed tech companies.
● Prior exposure to cross-border financial products or equity compensation.
● Early-stage or growth-stage startup experience - comfortable building the playbook, not just running it.
