Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact IT Enterprise Sales Hunter to drive new business acquisition across large and strategic enterprise accounts in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of opening new logos, building strong executive relationships, and closing complex, high-value IT solutions deals.
This role is focused on net-new revenue generation, aggressive pipeline creation, and winning marquee enterprise customers across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Own new logo acquisition for enterprise accounts across the India region
- Identify, prospect, and qualify enterprise customers through outbound and strategic outreach
- Drive complete sales lifecycle: lead generation → discovery → solutioning → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Develop and execute account acquisition strategies aligned to target industries and enterprise segments
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, and senior decision-makers
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, marketing, and delivery teams for winning proposals
- Manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Meet and exceed assigned new business revenue targets and KPIs
- Understand customer IT landscape, business challenges, and digital transformation priorities
- Represent the company in enterprise meetings, events, and industry forums
Required Experience & Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in IT / Technology enterprise sales, with a strong hunter mindset
- Proven success in net-new account acquisition and closing large enterprise deals
- Experience selling one or more of the following:
- IT Services
- Digital Transformation
- Cloud, Data, AI, Cybersecurity
- Application Development & Modernization
- Managed Services
- Strong understanding of complex B2B enterprise sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to engage and sell to C-level stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach
- Comfortable working with quarterly and annual revenue targets
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred
