At Reeth, we craft high-end, pure brass lifestyle products that blend Modern India aesthetics with heritage craftsmanship. As we scale our enterprise division, we are looking for a relentless, well-connected Sales Leader to drive massive, year-round B2B revenue across the Delhi/NCR market.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Acquisition: Build and execute a high-value B2B pipeline, targeting multi-crore annual revenue across luxury hospitality, premium commercial real estate, top-tier interior design (ID) firms, and corporate enterprise milestones.
  • Consultative Selling: Hand-deliver our minimalist physical brass samples to key decision-makers, articulating the value, weight, and modern aesthetic behind our metalwork.
  • Leverage Your Rolodex: Bypass the gatekeepers. You will utilize your existing relationships with Architects, ID Firm Partners, Hotel Procurement Heads, and Corporate CXOs across Gurugram, South Delhi, and Noida.
  • End-to-End Deal Management: Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles from the initial pitch to securing mandatory advance payments, negotiating margins, and finalizing large-scale POs.

Who You Are:

  • You bring 6 to 10 years of experience managing complex, high-value B2B sales cycles within the Delhi/NCR market.
  • You have a verifiable history of successfully navigating large-scale contracts (₹50 Lakhs+) and negotiating directly with C-suite executives, Admin Heads, and Procurement Directors without compromising brand equity or pricing structures.
  • You come with highly cultivated, active professional relationships across Delhi/NCR's corporate, hospitality, and design sectors, allowing you to initiate high-level conversations from Day 1.
  • You understand that luxury sales require finesse and patience, but you balance that with a highly proactive, self-starting approach. You excel at identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and guiding enterprise clients through to a seamless execution.
