Job Description

Position Overview: As the Enterprise Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing the enterprise sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic partnerships with Decision Makers . This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales , excellent leadership skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets in the enterprise market.

Hunting and Farming

Negotiation, proposal and Presentation

Stakeholder Management, Handling Key Decision Makers

Big Ticket Size Conversion and Closing the Deal

Corporate and B2B Sale



1. Sales Strategy:

 Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives.

 Identify target industries, verticals, and key accounts within the enterprise market.


2. Team Leadership:

 Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team.

 Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.

 Provide coaching and guidance to help team members achieve their goals.


3. Relationship Building:

 Build and maintain strong relationships with Pharma Clients.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with customer needs.


4. Sales Execution:

 Hunting, Farming, prospecting, presenting, and closing deals with Pharma Industry

 Monitor delivery and handling of pre and post-sales activities and operations


5. Market Analysis:

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the enterprise sector.

 Use market insights to make informed decisions and adjust the sales strategy as needed.


6. Contract Negotiation:

 Negotiate complex enterprise contracts, pricing structures, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.


7. Reporting and Forecasting:

 Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

 Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to support strategic decision-making.


8. Compliance and Ethics:

 Ensure that the enterprise sales team operates within ethical and legal guidelines, including data privacy and compliance requirements.


Experience & Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

 15+ years of Experience in Enterprise Sales

 Proven track record of successful enterprise sales leadership and exceeding revenue targets.

 Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

 Leadership experience with a focus on team development and motivation.

 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.

 Knowledge of relevant industry trends and technologies.

 Highly organized and detail-oriented.

 Open to Travel
