Job Title: Business Development Executive – Enterprise Sales

Experience: 1–2 years

About the Role

we are seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive enterprise sales initiatives. This role involves engaging with mid-to-large sized businesses, understanding complex requirements, and closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate is confident, consultative, and comfortable handling longer sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target enterprise-level prospects across key industries
  • Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → demo → negotiation → closure
  • Engage with key decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Heads of Departments)
  • Build strong business cases and tailored solutions for clients
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand complex use cases
  • Collaborate with product and solution teams to customize offerings
  • Manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Maintain and update pipeline, forecasts, and deal progress in CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales or business development

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Experience dealing with mid-market or enterprise clients is a plus

Ability to handle complex sales conversations and objections

Comfortable working with targets and revenue-driven goals

Basic understanding of SaaS, APIs, or tech-driven solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to enterprise SaaS sales or communication platforms

Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API / CPaaS solutions

Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Strong stakeholder management skills
