Location: Remote/Hybrid

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales professional with strong expertise in inbound and

outbound sales and a proven ability to acquire and grow mid to large enterprise clients. The ideal

candidate will have deep experience in technology sales, exceptional consultative selling skills, and

the ability to close mid and large ticket-size deals across complex buying cycles.

This role requires ownership of the complete revenue journey from lead acquisition to deal closure

and account expansion while working closely with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Sales Execution

  • Own and execute inbound and outbound sales strategies to drive enterprise client

acquisition

  • Qualify and convert market-generated leads into high-value enterprise deals
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and engage target enterprise accounts through outbound

efforts (cold outreach, ABM, referrals, partnerships)

Enterprise Client Acquisition & Revenue Ownership

  • Acquire new mid-market and enterprise clients and drive end-to-end deal ownership
  • Close mid and large ticket-size deals (₹XXL / $XXK+ ACV)
  • Build and maintain a strong enterprise pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting

Consultative & Solution-Based Selling

  • Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand business objectives, pain points, and

technical needs

  • Position technology / SaaS / AI / cloud / data solutions as strategic business enablers
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and solution architects to deliver customized proposals and

demos

Strategic Account & Stakeholder Management

  • Build trusted relationships with CxOs, VPs, Heads of Technology, Procurement, and Business

Leaders

  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and influencers
  • Drive account expansion, renewals, and upsell opportunities post-acquisition

Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract closures
  • Navigate legal, procurement, and compliance processes efficiently
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery and customer success teams

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Track market trends, competitor positioning, and enterprise buying behaviour
  • Share customer and market insights with marketing and product teams to refine GTM

strategies

  • Actively contribute to sales playbooks and process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • 1–2 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in technology / platform-based

solutions

  • Proven success in inbound and outbound enterprise sales
  • Strong track record in new client acquisition and closing mid to large ticket deals

Sales & Technology Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of technology sales, including SaaS Enterprise , cloud, AI, data, or

digital transformation solutions

  • Excellent CRM and pipeline management skills

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Strategic, analytical thinker with strong business acumen
  • High ownership mindset, self-driven, and performance-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to multiple industries (BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Tech, etc.)
  • Background in high-growth startups or scaling organizations
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification (preferred)
