Role & Responsibilities:-

  • B2B SaaS / Fintech sales role with an individual contributor focus
  • End-to-end sales ownership including lead generation, proposal creation, client calls, negotiations, and closures
  • Create compelling sales pitches and customized enterprise solutions (including LOS/LMS, POS solutions, prepaid cards, payment solutions, and merchant acquiring services) to drive solution-based closures
  • Lead the customer journey from first interaction through contract signing and implementation
  • Target medium and large corporates across sectors such as education, e-commerce, logistics, large retail chains, eatery chains, home delivery businesses, utility payments, POS aggregators, dairy, government, insurance, and telecom
  • Own and achieve monthly self-revenue targets by defining and executing sales strategies
  • Manage and defend existing accounts by delivering exceptional account management and customer experience

Requirements

  • Strong people management and stakeholder handling skills
  • Highly customer-centric with a strong sense of ownership and self-leadership
  • Comfortable working with numbers and consistently achieving business targets
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high integrity, adaptability to change, and a creative sales mindset
  • Prior experience in Payments / Fintech / Merchant Acquiring companies (with exposure to LOS/LMS, POS, prepaid cards, or related payment solutions) is preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic troubleshooting concepts and techniques
