Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to bridge Marketing and Sales teams while identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role is responsible for developing leads from marketing campaigns, building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and target opportunities.
- Develop business growth strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and industry insights.
- Expand lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Guide and mentor business development associates to improve sales performance and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize long-term business potential.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations, product reports, and proposals to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Educate prospects on product offerings, features, and value propositions.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate reporting of business development activities.
- Participate in trade shows, webinars, sales meetings, and training sessions.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline growth, and performance metrics.
- Train sales and customer service teams on product positioning, customer engagement, and closing strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Experience achieving or exceeding sales quotas and activity targets.
- Hands-on expertise in multiple sales techniques, including cold calling and outbound sales.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and revenue growth strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
- Master's degree in business development, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Good to Have:
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Experience in B2B/IT services sales and digital marketing-driven lead conversion.
- Strong market research, sales strategy, and business expansion capabilities.
- MBA or advanced business qualification is a plus.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven expertise in cold calling, client acquisition, revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership ability with experience mentoring teams and managing customer relationships.
