We are looking for a Director – Enterprise Sales with a strong Telecom industry background who can build strategic relationships, create new business opportunities, and drive enterprise sales for our AI solutions.
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, offering the opportunity to shape Nomiso's enterprise growth journey.
We are looking for someone who enjoys creating opportunities rather than managing inherited accounts - someone who understands consultative selling and is comfortable engaging with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales for Nomiso's AI-led Telecom solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, Network Heads, and business leaders.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and pipeline generation to deal closure.
- Identify new business opportunities within Telecom Service Providers and Telecom ecosystem partners.
- Develop account strategies for large enterprise customers.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to build winning proposals.
- Lead complex consultative sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed revenue and business growth targets.
- Represent Nomiso at customer meetings, industry forums, and strategic discussions.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 8–14 years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- MBA and/or Engineering background preferred.
- Proven experience selling enterprise software or technology solutions.
- Strong experience selling into Telecom customers.
- Experience handling large enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success in new business development and hunting roles.
