Position Overview
You'll spearhead enterprise sales strategy and drive revenue growth by establishing the company as the go-to workforce housing solution for global enterprises. You'll own the complete sales cycle for strategic deals worth $100K+ ARR while building C-level relationships with decision makers across India. This role offers direct collaboration with founders and the opportunity to build the enterprise sales function from the ground up.
Role & Responsibilities
- You develop and execute enterprise sales strategy targeting Blue Chip companies and relocation firms
- You own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing for deals $100K+ ARR
- You build and maintain C-level relationships with procurement, HR, and Global Mobility decision-makers
- You collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap based on enterprise customer needs
- You establish sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks for scaling the enterprise sales function
- You lead contract negotiations for multi-year enterprise agreements
- You partner with marketing to develop enterprise-focused content, case studies, and sales collateral
- You source RFPs and lead the submission cycle
Must Have Criteria
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with $500K+ deal sizes
- Proven track record of selling SaaS platforms to Blue Chip procurement, HR teams or Global Mobility teams
- Experience with end to end sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and 6-12 month timelines
- History of consistently exceeding 10M+ annual sales quotas
- Experience selling to corporate services, Global Mobility or HR technology buyers
- Strong understanding of enterprise procurement processes and vendor onboarding requirements
- Track record of building sales processes and methodologies from ground up
Nice to Have
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or corporate housing industries
- Background selling to relocation companies
- Experience at seed to Series A stage startups in scaling sales functions
- MBA or equivalent advanced business degree
- Existing network of contacts in Fortune 500 procurement or HR organizations
