About The Role
The Enterprise SDR role responsible for generating qualified, high value pipeline from mid-market and enterprise accounts across US, UK, and EU eCommerce and Shopify merchants. The role owns outbound prospecting end to end, from account research and AI enabled personalization through to demo readiness and net new MRR contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and prioritize target account lists for enterprise and mid-market prospects using intent data and criteria aligned to the company's ICP
- Execute outbound campaigns across cold calls, email sequences and LinkedIn, using AI tools for research and personalization at scale
- Draft account-specific outreach copy based on each prospect's business model, tech stack and stated pain points, rather than templated messaging
- Own a defined net new MRR target, with pipeline generation tracked and reported on a monthly basis
- Convert existing merchant relationships and ecosystem partnerships into sourced pipeline, and formalize referral arrangements where possible
- Take ownership of closing smaller deals within three to six months of joining, transitioning from a pure pipeline generation role into a hybrid generation and closing role
Ideal Profile
- 2-4 years of outbound SDR experience at a B2B SaaS company selling into the US or UK market, with documented month over month pipeline attainment against quota
- Experience running discovery calls or demos for prospects with multiple stakeholders or technical objections, and able to describe a specific deal where this was tested
- A defined workflow for using AI in prospecting, such as account research, message drafting, or lead scoring, that can be explained in concrete terms during interview
- Direct experience selling to eCommerce or Shopify-based merchants in North America or Europe
- Written and verbal communication skills evaluated through a work sample or live exercise, not self-reported
