Role Description

The Enterprise Sales Associate for Government Conferences, Summits & Events will focus on driving revenue growth by selling sponsorships, delegate packages, and partnership opportunities to government and enterprise clients. This full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outbound outreach, managing inbound inquiries, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. The role includes building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and large organizations, understanding their needs, and aligning them with Remotively's event offerings. The associate will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and event teams to tailor proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure successful event participation and client satisfaction. Daily activities also include maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing sales reports, and contributing insights to improve sales strategies and event offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B, Enterprise, Government, or Public Sector environments, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in account management, including relationship building, client retention, and managing multiple stakeholders and key accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with sales operations and sales management activities such as pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and CRM tools.
  • Mandatory experience in Conferences, Summits, Exhibitions, Events, or Event Technology Sales, with exposure to managing corporate, government, or enterprise clients.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and travel locally as required for client meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and events.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
