Roles and Responsibility Risk Mgt.
Execute Risk evaluation and assessment, to identify & report significant exposures for the company through detailed analytics for Top Mgt.
Work with risk owners on mitigation plans and drive to closure, in order to de-risk the company.
Preparation of Risk Dashboards, Mgt. Reports, Risk Committee presentations, Annual Report communication, etc.
Roles and Responsibility ESG
Connect with respective Business/Corporate Leads and drive key corporate sustainability initiatives & targets.
Perform sustainability related market research of industry and peers. Recommend findings, best practices & suggestions to improve company sustainability.
Work with businesses and stakeholders to obtain and track sustainability data, for SEBI Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report (BRSR), Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), ESG Report and quarterly Investor Deck for the company.
Skills/ Qualification(s):
Qualified CA/ ICWA/ CS/ CMA/ MBA.
Proven working experience in Internal Audits, Risk Management, Sustainability, Investor Relations, etc.
Added weightage if work experience is in reputed Consulting, Big4 or listed company.
Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills with Business Leadership, Top Mgt. & Board of Directors.
Proven working experience for presentation of Audit Committee, Risk Committee, Sustainability/CSR Committee, etc. of the Board of Directors.
Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in Internal Audit and/or Risk Management with at least 1 to 2 years of Sustainability/ESG experience.
