Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ERP Oracle Technical Manager / Delivery Manager to lead Oracle ERP technical teams and manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP programs. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical expertise in Oracle technologies along with proven experience in delivery management, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead and oversee Oracle ERP technical solutions including Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud ERP
- Provide technical guidance to development, DBA, and support teams
- Review and approve technical designs, code, integrations, and customizations
- Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and cloud transformation initiatives
Delivery & Program Management
- Own end-to-end project and delivery management for Oracle ERP engagements
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
- Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle escalations and provide effective resolution
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams (technical, functional, support)
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams
- Conduct status meetings, steering committee updates, and executive reporting
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, audit requirements, and internal governance models
- Establish delivery metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement plans
- Maintain project documentation and operational runbooks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP technologies
- Strong technical background in Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion (Cloud ERP)
- Proven experience as a Technical Manager / Delivery Manager
- Hands-on experience with integrations, reports, workflows, and extensions
- Strong understanding of Oracle architecture, security, and performance
- Experience managing large teams and multi-vendor environments
- Solid knowledge of Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Exposure to ERP modernization and cloud migration programs
- PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / ITIL certifications
- Oracle certifications
- Experience working with global delivery models
