Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Specialist. The ERP Specialist will manage and optimize business processes, including analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities include collaborating with various departments to understand and address their system needs, troubleshooting ERP software issues, and ensuring seamless integration of ERP applications within the organization. The role also involves monitoring system performance and providing training and support to end-users.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Software
- Strong skills in Business Process Improvement and Organizational Workflows
- Ability to analyze complex data and processes, supported by excellent Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of Business Processes, with the ability to manage their mapping and optimization
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or export industry is an advantage
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
