Job Description

  • Coordinate ERP implementation and support activities across departments
  • Work with vendors and internal teams for ERP configuration, testing, deployment, and issue resolution
  • Manage CRM workflows including leads, bookings, collections, and customer data
  • Ensure smooth functioning and data accuracy in Farvision ERP/Salesforce CRM
  • Generate MIS reports related to sales, inventory, and collections
  • Conduct user training and provide day-to-day ERP/CRM support
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
  • Knowledge of Farvision ERP is mandatory.
