Job Description

8+ years relevant experience
Deliver innovative Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions across all stages of the development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and service transition.
Apply deep expertise in the Dynamics 365 CE suite, particularly Customer Service and Sales modules.
Leverage the full Power Platform suite, including Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas), Dataverse, Copilot, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Implement best-practice low-code solutions and, where appropriate, pro-code extensions (e.g., plugins, JavaScript), as well as integrations with Azure services and the Microsoft 365 suite.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to build high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Work within Agile development teams, partnering with business analysts, solution architects, and IT professionals to deliver Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Supporting Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and retrospectives.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior developers.
Oversee quality assurance processes, including peer reviews and adoption of best practices to ensure high-quality delivery.
Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimisation.
Establish Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes for Dynamics and Power Platform, including solution management, source control, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
