What You'll Do

Enterprise Services (ES) was established in 2022 to deliver resilient, scalable, and cost-competitive

services to BCGers worldwide. As a core pillar of ES, the Enterprise Procurement & Payables (EP&P)

team is responsible for delivering best-in-class Procurement and Accounts Payable solutions and

services across the Source-to-Pay process, in close collaboration with stakeholders across functions

and regions.

As the Enterprise Procurement & Payables Director, Operations, you will play a leadership role

across several operational teams within EP&P including Accounts Payables, Service Desk, Card

Administration, and Quality Assurance, under the direction of an experienced Senior Director. In

this role, you will guide teams to deliver reliable services, strong controls, and consistent user

experiences, and be expected to focus on operational excellence, data driven performance

management, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders across

functions and regions to strengthen processes, drive adoption of digital tools, and ensure sustained

Service Maturity. Responsibilities Include

Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead and develop teams across AP, Service Desk, Card Administration, and QA by coaching

managers and directly supporting capability development

  • Set clear expectations and manage performance, demand, and capacity planning using data

and defined KPIs

  • Build a high performing culture centered on accountability, collaboration, continuous

improvement, inclusion, and trust

Operational Excellence and Service Delivery

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across AP, Service Desk, and Card Administration, ensuring

accuracy, compliance, and service continuity

  • Drive service excellence, process maturity, and operational improvement through process

standardization and governance, and guided by data

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to inform digital enablement efforts, including AgenticAI,

automation, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency and user experience

Stakeholder and Relationship Management

  • Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders across functions and regions
  • Provide clear insights on performance, trends, risks, and improvement priorities
  • Represent the function in governance forums and transformation discussions
  • Ensure alignment and transparency across global teams and workstreams

Risk, Compliance, and Governance

  • Maintain adherence to internal controls, tax requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Lead governance routines that ensure consistent application of global policies
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies that protect service reliability and

accuracy

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. An

advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.

  • Proven experience managing Source to Pay programs or Procurement transformation

initiatives in a global context

  • Strong understanding of supplier information management (SIM), risk frameworks, and

contract lifecycle management

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain complex documentation and performance

tools

  • Skilled in driving change through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement

strategies

  • Experience coordinating system and process deployments with IT and business teams

Who You'll Work With

You will work within the Enterprise Procurement & Payables team, partnering closely with internal

stakeholders across IT, Risk, Legal, and ESG to ensure successful deployment and sustainment of

Source to Contract capabilities. Your work will enable scalable, compliant, and value-driven sourcing

practices that support BCG's global growth and sustainability objectives.

Strategic Program Execution & Process Maturity

  • Leading global P2P solution deployments, with a focus on achieving maturity across buying,

invoicing, and payment processes in Coupa

  • Executing against strategic vision and driving continuous improvement in areas such as

advanced catalogues, webforms, OCR capabilities, and card programs

  • Retrofitting key initiatives including buy channel expansion, PO acceleration, and cards

rollout across geographies

  • Aligning and expanding internal process controls to support audit-readiness and operational

consistency, particularly within Coupa Pay and card workflows

Deployment & Change Management

  • Driving structured change impact assessments in support of global deployments and

retrofits

  • Deploying PMO materials and change collateral to support program governance, alignment,

and execution across regions and workstreams

  • Maintaining support content and enablement tools including microsite pages, FAQ

documentation, and Learning Hub resources

Cross-functional Collaboration & Tooling Support

  • Partnering with IT and implementation teams to support residual deployments related

change programs

  • Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent adoption of Coupa P2P

solutions and delivery of user-centric tools
