Job Responsibilities:
Act as the product expert and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle to help convert
opportunities into customers.
Understand customer business requirements and translate them into product-led solutions and use
cases.
Work closely with the sales team during discovery, solutioning, demonstrations, and proposal stages of the sales process.
Conduct product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and presentations for CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders.
Assist in creating customized sales pitches, solution decks, and product collateral based on the customer's business needs.
Lead the pre-sales process from opportunity qualification to deal closure support, ensuring the solution proposed aligns with customer expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, marketing, and sales) to ensure the proposed solution is feasible and aligned with product capabilities.
Identify customer challenges and recommend the best product configuration, features, and use cases.
Support the sales team in handling technical objections, product queries, and competitive comparisons.
Maintain documentation related to customer requirements, solution design, and pre-sales activities.
Work with the sales team to improve conversion rates by strengthening solution positioning and
value articulation.
What you bring to the role (Education & Experience):
5–8 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, product consulting, or customer-facing roles.
Prior experience in SaaS, B2B technology products, software solutions, or digital platforms is preferred.
Experience in working closely with enterprise sales teams to support complex deal closures.
Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative selling approaches.
Ability to translate business problems into product-led solutions.
Graduate/B.Tech with MBA preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required:
Strong product understanding and ability to explain technical concepts in simple business language.
Excellent presentation, communication, and demonstration skills.
Ability to understand customer business models, market positioning, and digital strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify customer pain points and map them to product capabilities.
Strong collaboration skills to work with sales, product, and leadership teams.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of digital platforms, SaaS products, and online ecosystems.
Ability to handle customer objections, solution discussions, and competitive positioning effectively.
