We are looking for a senior enterprise tooling expert to own and optimize our PMO tool ecosystem across Jira, Aha!, BrowserStack, ServiceNow, GitHub, dashboards, automations, workflows, integrations, governance reporting, and enterprise visibility solutions.

⚠️ This is NOT a traditional Jira Administrator or Scrum support role.

The ideal candidate will act as a PMO tooling orchestrator responsible for:

✅ Enterprise tool administration

✅ Workflow customization & optimization

✅ Automation engineering

✅ Cross-platform integrations

✅ Governance dashboards & reporting

✅ PMO visibility solutions

✅ Tool ecosystem scalability & data integrity

✅ PMO platform enablement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and administer PMO owned enterprise tools including Aha!, Jira, BrowserStack, and related platforms, covering workspaces/projects, hierarchies, configurations, permissions, and licenses
  • Act as the single-threaded owner of the PMO tool ecosystem, ensuring Aha!, Jira, and integrated enterprise tools operate as a cohesive, scalable system rather than siloed applications
  • Own user access management, roles, licenses, and periodic access reviews, ensuring compliance with PMO governance and enterprise security standards
  • Design, configure, and continuously optimize PMO-aligned workflows, including issue types, statuses, custom fields, validations, templates, and controlled customizations
  • Lead automation design and implementation to reduce manual effort, enforce PMO processes, and improve data reliability across tools
  • Design, implement, and govern integrations between Aha!, Jira, and enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, GitHub, and test management tools
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and proactively improve integrations to ensure data integrity, consistency, and end-to-end traceability
  • Own PMO data hygiene and source-of-truth rules, ensuring reporting accuracy and eliminating duplication or conflicting metrics across systems
  • Build and maintain decision-grade dashboards and reports supporting:
  • Multiple Governance forums
  • Portfolio and leadership reviews
  • Cross-platform roll-ups and dependency visibility
  • Ensure all dashboards and reports are accurate, real-time, reusable, and presentation-ready, minimizing manual reporting efforts
  • Partner with PMO leadership to provision new and evolving use cases, translating governance, reporting, and visibility needs into scalable tool-based solutions
  • Lead onboarding of new platforms, teams, and governance models into PMO tools, ensuring consistent adoption and standards
  • Continuously assess tool usage, performance, and adoption, identifying opportunities for simplification, optimization, and scalability
  • Act as the PMO Lead Platform Tools Engineer, owning interaction patterns, data flows, and configuration standards across the ecosystem
  • Design and deliver role-based training and enablement sessions for PMO, platform teams, and leadership level users
  • Provide guidance and extend support in the documentation and maintenance of, SOPs, playbooks, and usage guidelines—especially for complex and advanced PMO use cases
  • Serve as the go-to expert for complex PMO tooling scenarios, adoption challenges, and troubleshooting
  • Provide expert-level functional support as part of PMO enablement, not day-to-day ticket-based operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • 10 - 12 years of experience in enterprise tool administration, PMO tool enablement, or similar roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Aha! administration (goals, roadmaps, dashboards, automations, integrations)
  • Jira Cloud administration (Spaces, workflows, automations, dashboards)
  • Proven experience integrating Jira/Aha with other enterprise systems
  • Good understanding of PMO governance, Agile, and Kanban models
  • Strong reporting and dashboard creation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
