Job Role: Enterprise PMO Tools Platform Engineer / Lead (for PMO)

We are looking for a senior enterprise tooling expert to own and optimize our PMO tool ecosystem across Jira, Aha!, BrowserStack, ServiceNow, GitHub, dashboards, automations, workflows, integrations, governance reporting, and enterprise visibility solutions.
⚠️ This is NOT a traditional Jira Administrator or Scrum support role.
The ideal candidate will act as a PMO tooling orchestrator responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and administer PMO owned enterprise tools including Aha!, Jira, BrowserStack, and related platforms, covering workspaces/projects, hierarchies, configurations, permissions, and licenses
- Act as the single-threaded owner of the PMO tool ecosystem, ensuring Aha!, Jira, and integrated enterprise tools operate as a cohesive, scalable system rather than siloed applications
- Own user access management, roles, licenses, and periodic access reviews, ensuring compliance with PMO governance and enterprise security standards
- Design, configure, and continuously optimize PMO-aligned workflows, including issue types, statuses, custom fields, validations, templates, and controlled customizations
- Lead automation design and implementation to reduce manual effort, enforce PMO processes, and improve data reliability across tools
- Design, implement, and govern integrations between Aha!, Jira, and enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, GitHub, and test management tools
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and proactively improve integrations to ensure data integrity, consistency, and end-to-end traceability
- Own PMO data hygiene and source-of-truth rules, ensuring reporting accuracy and eliminating duplication or conflicting metrics across systems
- Build and maintain decision-grade dashboards and reports supporting:
- Multiple Governance forums
- Portfolio and leadership reviews
- Cross-platform roll-ups and dependency visibility
- Ensure all dashboards and reports are accurate, real-time, reusable, and presentation-ready, minimizing manual reporting efforts
- Partner with PMO leadership to provision new and evolving use cases, translating governance, reporting, and visibility needs into scalable tool-based solutions
- Lead onboarding of new platforms, teams, and governance models into PMO tools, ensuring consistent adoption and standards
- Continuously assess tool usage, performance, and adoption, identifying opportunities for simplification, optimization, and scalability
- Act as the PMO Lead Platform Tools Engineer, owning interaction patterns, data flows, and configuration standards across the ecosystem
- Design and deliver role-based training and enablement sessions for PMO, platform teams, and leadership level users
- Provide guidance and extend support in the documentation and maintenance of, SOPs, playbooks, and usage guidelines—especially for complex and advanced PMO use cases
- Serve as the go-to expert for complex PMO tooling scenarios, adoption challenges, and troubleshooting
- Provide expert-level functional support as part of PMO enablement, not day-to-day ticket-based operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 10 - 12 years of experience in enterprise tool administration, PMO tool enablement, or similar roles
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Aha! administration (goals, roadmaps, dashboards, automations, integrations)
- Jira Cloud administration (Spaces, workflows, automations, dashboards)
- Proven experience integrating Jira/Aha with other enterprise systems
- Good understanding of PMO governance, Agile, and Kanban models
- Strong reporting and dashboard creation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
