About the Role:
We are looking for an Enterprise PMO Senior Project Manager with
10+ years of experience in project management, leading large-scale and cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams, drive accountability, and ensure project success.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Experience in risk mitigation, issue resolution, and change management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and optimizing resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
- Experience in enterprise transformation, IT, or regulatory compliance projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with portfolio management, business analysis, and organizational change management.
- Previous experience in [specific industry, if applicable] leading high-profile strategic initiatives.
