Project Role Description : Provide consulting services and advice on complex enterprise transformations involving one or more technology platforms. Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves providing expert consulting services on intricate enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms.   • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development of strategic plans to support enterprise platform initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise transformation methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in advising on technology platform selection and cost optimization strategies.
  • Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology assets that drive business value.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence decision-making.
  • Capability to analyze complex business challenges and provide innovative, practical solutions.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
