Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
• Support the development of project plans and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CRM Service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with customer relationship management processes and tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
