Project Role : Enterprise Platform Advisor

Project Role Description : Provide consulting services and advice on complex enterprise transformations involving one or more technology platforms. Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

Summary:

As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will advise, lead, and engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure effective implementation of technology solutions, providing strategic insights to enhance IT functions, and managing project deliverables to meet organizational goals. You will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving among team members, ensuring that all activities align with the overall business strategy and objectives.

  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

  • Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM).
  • Experience with data integration and transformation processes.
  • Strong understanding of system development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM).
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
