Role: Enterprise Partner (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)

Payout: $220k - $400k/yr

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Enterprise Client Partner (Government) to work on a full-time basis. This person will drive the adoption of advanced AI capabilities within the U.S. government and defense environments, building relationships with key stakeholders and translating mission needs into deployable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the government and defense ecosystems, with the ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage environments and shape the go-to-market motion in the defense ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and close opportunities across the U.S. government, DoD, and defense contractor ecosystems, leveraging knowledge of government procurement processes and AI applications.

• Build trusted relationships with operators, program managers, and technical stakeholders in mission-critical environments, providing expertise on AI capabilities and solutions.

• Translate real-world mission needs into deployable AI solutions, working closely with government and defense stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the client's presence in the government and defense markets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of the sales strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on government and defense clients, and a strong understanding of the government procurement process.

• Strong knowledge of AI applications and solutions, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with government and defense stakeholders.

• Experience working in ambiguous, early-stage environments, with the ability to operate independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex mission needs and develop effective solutions.
