We are seeking an Enterprise Outbound Sales Executive North America to drive high-impact prospecting and pipeline generation for our enterprise SaaS solutions. This is a quota-carrying, hands-on role responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects across North America. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to fuel revenue growth and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to Account Executives.

This position is office-based and aligned with North American business hours (EST/PST), with occasional travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Engagement

Proactively research and engage enterprise-level prospects across multiple industries using cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and multi-channel campaigns.

Tailor messaging to address prospect pain points and align solutions with business objectives.

Lead Qualification & Pipeline Development

Identify decision-makers, map buying committees, and qualify opportunities to ensure high-quality pipeline handoffs.

Consistently generate sales-ready leads that contribute directly to revenue growth targets.

Market & Account Intelligence

Conduct detailed research on target accounts, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to refine outreach strategies.

Provide actionable insights to Account Executives and marketing teams to optimize conversion.

CRM & Data Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activities, lead statuses, and opportunity notes in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Track metrics, report progress, and analyze results to continually improve outreach effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure smooth lead transitions and optimize conversion.

Coordinate effectively across time zones to support North American-focused campaigns.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales development or outbound sales, targeting enterprise accounts in North America.

Proven success in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and stakeholders.

Hands-on experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong research, analytical, and qualification skills to identify and pursue high-potential opportunities.

Ability to work North American business hours reliably; occasional travel may be required.
