About The Role Enterprise Lead Implementation Consultant

As the Implementation Consultant at Xactly Corporation, you'll be responsible for project implementation artifacts, such as requirement documentation and leading the customer through the entire implementation cycle, including requirements, configuration, testing, SIT, UAT, launch and post implementation support. Client interactions will typically be at the Director level and above at SMB/Enterprise companies who expect a high level of customer service. We are seeking an individual with strong consulting experience, excellent communication, and customer management skills, preferably from a compensation domain background and experience with any programming language within the confines of a business application.

What You'll Do

• Complete the Professional Services Bootcamp and a mock implementation within your first month to begin managing live customer interactions immediately.
• By month three, manage up to 10 concurrent implementations and consistently transition customers to live status within a 90-day window.
• Evolve from a specialist in one product area at three months to a multi-faceted expert by six months, actively developing training materials for the broader team.
• Within a year, lead high-level requirements gathering and technical design sessions to create tailored solutions that meet complex client needs.
• Transition into a mentor role for new hires while identifying systemic process gaps and executing solutions to improve team-wide efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Business Analysis, or related fields
• Experience working with at least one database programming language SQL/Oracle
• Should be able to translate customer requirements and build configuration options, with the ability to guide clients through decision-making processes
• Strong technology and business acumen
• Strong problem-solving skills (business & technical)
• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and database concepts
• System Integration experience and Troubleshooting skills are a must have
• Demonstrate outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills
• Past experience in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment preferred
• Confident communication style with strong presentation skills
• Self-aware, motivated, coachable and poised, able to work seamlessly as part of a team

• Background in SaaS, consulting, financial services and management consulting.
• Fast learners, turned compensation consultants with the business-savvy to execute complex projects in all client verticals
