We are looking for an exceptional Hyperlocal SEO & Google Business Profile leader who has successfully managed and scaled 900+ Google Business Profiles (GBP/GMB) and is passionate about leveraging AI, automation, and enterprise-scale systems to dominate local search visibility.

This is not a traditional SEO role.

You will lead large-scale GBP operations across hundreds and thousands of locations while establishing best-in-class governance, automation, and optimization frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize 900+ Google Business Profiles across enterprise healthcare networks.
• Lead profile setup, bulk verification, onboarding, activation, optimization, and ongoing governance.
• Create scalable operational frameworks capable of supporting thousands of locations.
• Drive profile health management, ownership controls, duplicate suppression, and compliance monitoring.
• Handle profile suspensions, reinstatements, and escalation management.
• Improve profile completeness, engagement, visibility, and conversion metrics.
• Establish enterprise-grade SOPs for profile lifecycle management.

Hyperlocal SEO Excellence

You will design and execute advanced Hyperlocal SEO strategies that drive measurable growth in visibility, traffic, calls, and patient acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Optimize healthcare entities for AI recommendation engines.
• Build scalable AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) frameworks.
• Lead GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives.
