We are looking for a senior-level Enterprise Growth Marketing Expert who has scaled growth for complex businesses and knows how to connect marketing execution directly to revenue.
This is a high ownership role for someone who thinks strategically, works cross-functionally, and is comfortable operating at enterprise scale.
What will you own
Lead end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
Build and execute multi-channel growth programs across paid media, lifecycle, SEO, partnerships, and product-led growth
Translate business and revenue goals into clear growth roadmaps with measurable targets
Optimize large marketing budgets with a strong focus on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and marginal returns
Partner closely with analytics and data teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting
Design and run structured experimentation programs, including hypothesis creation, testing, and learnings
Collaborate with product and engineering on conversion infrastructure, tracking setup, and growth initiatives
Align marketing efforts with sales and revenue teams in enterprise or mid-market environments
Present insights, performance, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership
What we are looking for
Proven experience driving growth for enterprise or large-scale B2B or B2C companies
Strong background in performance marketing, growth strategy, and funnel optimization
Deep understanding of analytics, attribution models, and data-driven decision making
Experience managing complex campaigns and large budgets across multiple channels
Ability to connect marketing performance directly to business and revenue outcomes
Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, and leadership teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Hands-on mindset with strategic depth
Nice to have
Experience with GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, or advanced analytics setups
Background in SaaS, marketplaces, eCommerce, or subscription-based businesses
Experience scaling growth across multiple regions or enterprise segments
Familiarity with AI-powered growth tools and automation workflows
