We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer (with AI Depth) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in modern front-end and back-end technologies to deliver critical features and enhancements for an enterprise SaaS platform. This role demands a strong focus on authentication, provisioning, multi-tenancy, and enterprise-grade admin tooling.
Responsibilities/Deliverables
- Develop and deliver end-to-end WorkOS Single Sign-On (SSO) and SCIM provisioning capabilities, including both dashboard UI and backend services.
- Implement the Finch HRIS connect flow featuring a user-friendly, Plaid-style experience.
- Polish and enhance the risk dashboard UI and license administration views to ensure usability and reliability.
- Strengthen multi-tenancy architecture to enable seamless 2-quarter customer pilots without per-tenant customizations.
- Build and expose an audit log surface for enterprise administrators, encompassing backend processes and dashboard visualization.
Ideal Candidate
- Senior full stack; Vue 3 and Pinia required; Django and DRF required
- Multi-tenant B2B SaaS background
- Has shipped at least one SSO/SCIM integration in production (WorkOS, Okta, Auth0, or django-allauth SAML)
- Strong AI depth required; must understand inferencing, combining data sources, and AI-generated content pipelines; actively researching AI, not just using it
- Experience in AI-native tech environments and/or leveraging AI for development/engineering approach.
- Bonus: HRIS integrations via Finch or Merge, Cloudflare Workers, Storybook, Playwright

- Auth and provisioning: WorkOS for SSO, Finch for HRIS, SCIM scaffolding present but not yet productionized
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $75.00/hr - USD $90.00/hr.
