Enterprise FP&A Senior Manager

Position Summary

Evernorth is seeking an experienced FP&A Senior Manager to partner with key Enterprise shared service organizations to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support. This role will play a critical part in monitoring financial activity across the Enterprise portfolio investment priorities.

The Enterprise FP&A Senior Manager will be responsible for coordinating budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and cost tracking of key Portfolio investments, while acting as a trusted advisor to Finance and Business leadership.

The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidation of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and actual results for portfolio investments and line of business allocations
  • Partner with business leaders to provide data-driven insights that guide investment decisions, portfolio prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Manage variance analysis, performance tracking, and financial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Drive cost optimization strategies across for the responsible spend areas, while balancing innovation and operational stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align budgets with business objectives.
  • Maintaining and validation project assumptions in key systems such as Pathfinder and time tracking tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CA/CFA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with at least 3+ years in project management financial modeling.
  • Strong understanding of technology finance (cloud economics, digital transformation, IT investments).
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools (Hyperion, SAP, Workday Adaptive, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations.

Location & Hours of Work

  • Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate
  • Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WFH)
