Role Description The Enterprise Capacity & FinOps Consultant (Process SME) is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. The consultant will analyze enterprise capacity utilization across infrastructure, applications, and services, and design processes that improve efficiency and reduce waste. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and interpreting operational and financial data, mapping current workflows, identifying optimization opportunities, and documenting best practices for FinOps and capacity management. The role will collaborate with finance, operations, and technology teams to develop cost models, create performance dashboards, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. The consultant will also facilitate workshops, provide process training, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational sustainability and financial goals.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of enterprise capacity planning, resource utilization analysis, and performance metrics.
Experience with FinOps practices, cost optimization, cloud or infrastructure cost management, and financial modeling.
Proficiency in process mapping, workflow design, and implementing standardized operating procedures.
Ability to work with data tools and dashboards (e.g., spreadsheets, BI tools) to create reports and visualizations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site enterprise environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, IT, or a related discipline; advanced certifications in FinOps, ITIL, or process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
Familiarity with sustainability, e‑waste management, or environmental compliance frameworks is beneficial.
