Job Description

Purpose of the Job (Brief)

A business development individual who would be responsible for selling the offerings of SMB & B2B vertical. Primarily B2B sales along with inputs in product development basis the market requirement. Scaling the current offering (Salary & other solutions ) within that zone / Circle . They would also be responsible for managing relationship with their corporates (key account management). In addition working very closely with the circle enterprise business teams for creating new opportunities .

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

  1. Creation of business pipeline with large and small enterprises
  2. Offering of bank's solution to enterprises for on boarding of businesses
  3. Generating revenues from Enterprise customers
  4. Helping develop other offerings basis the market potential requirement, come back with the market requirement and build upon a large use case.
  5. Managing the relationship with key accounts and asking for references of new prospects.

Educational Level : Preferably MBA

Working Experience - 5-8 years
